The purpose of this short course is to empower you with knowledge and skills of the fundamental HR principles that will help you to maximise the performance in an organisation. You will gain an understanding of a learning organisation and how to grow the performance through continuous skills development.
The course will further equip you with solid foundational knowledge on labour legislation, labour relations, recruitment, selection, induction, motivation, reward systems, staff retention and performance management.

This course is not registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) and is therefore non-credit bearing in terms of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
